*Your first session is FREE and we will do a initial assesment which includes talking about your goals, taking measurements and a fitness test.

  • 12 sessions = 45.00/session = 540.00

30 Minute Strength Training Sessions - These are recommended for building and toning muscle or building strength.

  • 12 sessions = 30.00/ session = 360.00

  • 36 sessions = 20.00/ session = 720.00
  • (SALE = 612.00)

Train with A Friend (must have similar goals)-This would be a 60 minute session to allow enough time for both clients to get a good training session.

  • 12 sessions = 60.00/ session = 720.00

Nutrition & Meal Guidance - I will determine your daily caloric needs based on your individual body and workout needs. I will plan an example meal plan for you and include guidelines to follow when choosing foods and planning your own meal plans.

Quick Nutrition Tip:

 Carbohydrates are not the enemy.  Some carbs are healthier than others and a balanced diet is always wise.  Complex carbohydrates such as whole grains and cereals are good for you. They stabilize blood sugar and make you feel satisfied longer so that you snack less.  Limit the amount of highly processed carbs such as white flour and sugar.
